Ich habe mal begonnen, das Archiv zu sichten und es sind ein paar interessante Textstücke dabei, unter anderem macht man sich in der Firma bereits 1975 Sorgen um den weitverbreiteten Umgang mit dem Kraut innerhalb der eigenen Organisation:

"Evidence presented at these hearings suggests that marihuana and hashish may become problems of increasing concern in government departments, especially those departments where sensitive information and operations make strong personnel security programs essential. It would be dangerous to assume that the use of cannabis, which has become so widespread in our society in recent years, has not in some way penetrated government departments. "

Ich denke mal, das die CIA genau die selben Probleme bekommen haben dürfte, an Nachwuchs zu kommen, wie das FBI:

“I have to hire a great workforce to compete with those cybercriminals and some of those kids want to smoke weed on the way to the interview,” Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey told a conference at the New York City Bar Association on Monday. The FBI is having trouble hiring computer experts because of the government’s strict no-tolerance policy on marijuana, he said.
